Pluscreate is an interdisciplinary design consultancy working in the advertising and fashion domains. Pluscreate provides hair and makeup, props and product styling services. Nadja Mott has a Masters in Sculpture from the Victorian College of the Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Design Management. Her research paper lead her to the conception of Pluscreate where she is co-director with Nicholas McColl.
